Suprata for pool and spa service companies
Weekly routes, chemistry and openings on one plan per pool
A pool customer is a weekly visit, a monthly chemical balance and an opening and closing every year. Suprata runs all of it from one agreement with separate schedules, keeps each pool's pump, filter and heater on file, and bills it on autopay.

Sound familiar?
What a normal week looks like without the right system
We hear these from pool and spa service companies all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.
My weekly cleanings and my monthly chemical visits are on different rhythms and the schedule never matches.
One pool plan can carry two schedules side by side, weekly cleaning and monthly chemistry, each creating its own visit.
Opening weekend in May is chaos. Everybody wants their pool open the same Saturday.
Openings and closings come from each plan's schedule and wait in the Work Queue three weeks ahead so the office can spread them out.
The heater dies and I don't know what model it is or when we last worked on it.
Each pool's pump, filter and heater are equipment records with their own service history.
My guys run out of chlorine halfway through the route.
Each truck can be its own stock location with a minimum level, so restocking is a list, not a surprise.

One ordinary day, start to finish
Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.
-
7:00 am
Route and stock
The tech opens eighteen weekly stops and checks the truck's chemical stock against tonight's restock list.
-
8:30 am
Weekly clean
Each visit came from the customer's plan. The tech notes water readings on the job and closes it.
-
10:00 am
Chemistry visit
The monthly chemical balance from the same plan's second schedule lands on the same stop, so it's one trip.
-
12:30 pm
Heater trouble
A spa heater won't fire. The tech checks its record, sees it's eight seasons old and the office sends replacement options.
-
2:30 pm
Openings booked
The office works the Work Queue and books next month's pool openings from customer calls.
-
5:00 pm
Billing runs
Plan customers are billed on autopay. One-off repairs become invoices with a pay link.

Questions we hear
Straight answers
Asked by pool and spa service companies before they switch.
Can one plan cover weekly cleaning and monthly chemicals?
Yes. An agreement can carry two schedules side by side, each on its own cadence and each producing its own visit.
Can I track chemicals on each truck?
Yes. Warehouses can include trucks, with minimum stock levels and decimal units, and purchase orders handle reordering.
What about customers who close their pool and leave for the winter?
Skip dates handle single missed visits, and pausing the agreement stops all its schedules until you reactivate it.
Which agreement type should a pool plan be?
A plan with real visits is a service agreement. A plan that only bills a flat fee is a subscription or a recurring invoice.
