The API reads the same record your staff use

There is no separate integration database to drift out of date. The staff app, the customer portal and the API all work on one record, and writes through the API run the same code the app runs.

Side effects happen. Create a job through the API and it behaves exactly like one created in the app.
Card data never leaves the processor. Payment card columns never appear in API responses or events.
Keys are guarded. Only people with the Manage API Keys permission can create them.

Your account’s API lives at its own address. Version 1 only grows: fields are added, never removed or repurposed.

JSON over HTTPS. Read customers, jobs, invoices, payments, reservations and more. Write through named, validated endpoints that run the same code the app runs.

Webhooks

Subscribe a URL to events and Suprata posts each one to it, signed with HMAC-SHA256. Failed deliveries retry with backoff.
