Suprata Registry
A public registry website with address, name and map search, move alerts, anonymous tips and online fees, plus the staff console that keeps it current every day.
Overview
What Suprata Registry does
Suprata Registry publishes a public registry the way residents expect: search by address and distance, by name or by town, on a map with a matching list, on any phone, in English or Spanish. Residents can sign up for email alerts when someone moves into their area, send anonymous encrypted tips, and registrants can pay their annual fee online.
Behind it is a staff console that takes the official records system's daily export, checks it, quarantines bad rows, and publishes only what the publication rules allow. Staff can hold records, answer tips, reconcile payments, edit public content and see usage analytics, and every action goes into a tamper-evident audit trail.

Features
Everything Registry can do
44 capabilities in 8 areas. Every one of them can be shaped to your rules.
Public search
- Search by street address, town or ZIP code with a chosen distance
- Results on a map and always in a matching list beside it, so the map is never required
- Search by name, including reported aliases
- Filter by town or ZIP, compliance status and tier
- Statewide map view
- Start from a place: school, park or child care center, with a distance from 1,000 feet to one mile
- Public record page with only the fields the rules allow: description, residence, offenses and statutes, tier, compliance status, date last verified
- Placeholder silhouette when no photo is published
- Whereabouts unknown and noncompliant records clearly marked
- Conditions of use that the visitor accepts before searching
Resident alerts
- Email alerts for an address and distance, confirmed once by email
- Follow a single record for any change
- Daily check of every move against every alert area after the source update
- Manage or stop alerts from a link in every message
- Alerts on this device listed for the visitor
Anonymous tips
- Tip form that never asks for a name
- Each tip encrypted on arrival; no network address or device data stored
- Tipster receives a tip code and passphrase
- Two-way follow-up questions and answers without revealing the tipster
Online fee payment
- Registrants find their account by registration number and date of birth
- Payment on the card processor's secure page, so card data never touches the registry
- Instant receipt with a receipt number
