Suprata for dock and lift installers

Every put-in and take-out booked before the lake changes

Dock work is two frantic windows: spring put-in and fall take-out, with repairs and new installs in between. Suprata books both windows from each customer's plan, keeps every dock section and lift on the property record, and gets crews to the right shoreline.

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from dock and lift installers all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

Every lake owner wants their dock in by Memorial Day and out before ice-up, and I've got the same three crews.

Put-in and take-out run as one twice-yearly agreement per customer, and each visit waits in the Work Queue three weeks ahead so the office can stage them.

Half my customers are summer people. I'm chasing them by phone in another state to find out if the boat's coming.

Tag seasonal owners, text them confirmations and reminders, and let them sign and pay from a link with no login.

The crew shows up and doesn't know how many sections, which lift, or where the access road is.

Each property keeps its dock sections and lifts as equipment, plus access notes and photos, right on the job.

A lift cable snaps in July and nobody knows when it was last serviced.

Every visit is part of that lift's service history, so you see the last service before you go.

A day in the life with Suprata

One ordinary day, start to finish

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.

  1. 6:45 am

    Crews and boats

The dispatch board shows three crews on three lakes, each with eight put-ins. Every job lists the sections and lift on that property.

  2. 8:00 am

    First put-in

The crew follows the access notes down to the shore, sets the dock and photographs the finished install.

  3. 10:30 am

    Summer owner texts

A seasonal customer replies to her reminder text asking to add a lift canopy. It lands in the shared inbox with her account.

  4. 12:00 pm

    Lift repair found

A crew finds a frayed lift cable. The lift's record shows its last service, and the owner approves the repair by signature.

  5. 2:30 pm

    New install quote

The office sends a new-dock proposal with three options. The buyer picks one and pays the deposit online.

  6. 5:30 pm

    Put-ins billed

Finished put-ins become invoices on each customer's plan. Out-of-state owners pay from the emailed link.

Questions we hear

Straight answers

Asked by dock and lift installers before they switch.

Can one plan cover both spring install and fall removal?

Yes. Set the agreement's schedule to every six months from the first visit, and each cycle creates the job, the invoice or both.

Can I keep records of each customer's dock and lift?

Yes. Customer equipment lives as assets on the account and property, with service history and notes.

Many of my customers live out of state. How do they pay?

They pay by card or bank transfer from an emailed link that needs no login, through the customer portal, or on autopay.
