Suprata for kayak, canoe and paddleboard rentals

Kayaks, boards and guided paddles booked, signed and paid

A paddle shop rents many identical boats and a few special ones. Suprata books by type, so a customer reserves a tandem kayak, not kayak number 7, and your staff hand out whichever one is ready. Guided paddles sell seats, and the guide gets a printed roster.

Sound familiar?

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from kayak, canoe and paddleboard rentals all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

On a sunny Saturday I have twelve singles and six tandems, and I am counting them on a whiteboard.

Book by type from a pool of identical boats, and the Tape Chart shows how many of each type are free.

Paper waivers blow off the counter, and I can never find the one I need.

Rental agreement terms are attached to each booking and signed online, with a signed copy emailed back.

Our sunset paddle sells out, people show up who never paid, and the guide has no list.

Sell seats on each guided paddle with a set capacity, then print a roster that flags unpaid seats in amber.

Somebody cracked a board on the rocks and just walked away.

Hold a damage deposit on the card, then release it or charge part of it when the board comes back.

  6. 7:30 pm

    Review requests

Today's paddlers are asked for a review, and anyone unhappy can reach the owner first.
