Suprata for bike and e-bike rental shops

Hourly rentals, week-long rentals and guided rides, all in one place

A bike shop rents three ways: by the hour, by the day and on guided rides. Suprata covers all three. Hourly rentals are time-slot bookings, multi-day rentals are reservations with a damage hold, and group rides are ticketed sessions with a roster for the guide.

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from bike and e-bike rental shops all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

On a sunny Saturday the line is out the door, and everyone wants an e-bike for two hours.

Hourly rentals are time slots riders can book ahead in the customer portal, priced per hour, with optional add-ons like a child seat.

Tourists want e-bikes for the whole week, and I can't tell which ones are free Thursday.

Multi-day rentals book bikes as assets with a calendar, so the booking wizard only offers bikes free for the whole stay.

If an e-bike comes back with a cracked battery case, I want a card I can actually charge.

A damage hold stays on the card through the rental and is released or applied when the bike comes back.

The guided winery ride runs on a clipboard and a cash box.

Guided rides are ticketed sessions with seat classes, scannable tickets and a printable roster with a signature column.

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.

  1. 8:30 am

    Before opening

Staff check today's hourly bookings on the booking schedule and the multi-day bikes going out.

  2. 9:15 am

    Week-long rental

A family rents four e-bikes for five days. Staff take a damage hold, and the parents sign the terms on a tablet.

    Guided ride check-in

The guide scans each rider's ticket from their phone, and an unpaid seat shows a warning.

    Walk-up rush

Staff book walk-ups into open hourly slots and take payment at the till.

  5. 4:30 pm

    Returns

The family's bikes come back clean, so the hold is released.

  6. 6:00 pm

    Reviews

Today's riders get a review request by text, and anyone unhappy reaches the owner first.
