Suprata for cabin and cottage rentals

Peak weeks priced right, deposits held, cabins clean on time

Cabins earn their year in a few peak weeks. Suprata prices summer weeks and holiday weekends on their own, holds the bigger deposit those weeks deserve, and keeps the cleaning crew on a schedule between guests.

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from cabin and cottage rentals all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

I lose my best July weeks to one-night bookings that leave gaps nobody can fill.

Set minimum stays and no-arrival days for peak weeks in the Rate Calendar, and the booking flow enforces them.

A family checked into a cabin that had not been cleaned, because the system said it was free.

Checkout can open a cleaning job for the crew, and we can set it up with you so the next check-in waits until that job is closed.

Holiday guests cancel two days out and expect the whole deposit back.

Deposit rules are set per stay type, deposits are tracked apart from payments, and your cancellation policy shows in the booking flow and the confirmation.

Guests ask if the cabin is pet friendly, then bring the dog to the one that is not.

Require a pet release form on pet-friendly cabins and charge the pet fee as an add-on.

One ordinary day, start to finish

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.

  1. 8:00 am

    Departures

Front Desk lists today's checkouts and arrivals.

  2. 10:00 am

    Cleaning jobs

Each checkout has a cleaning job on the schedule, one per cabin, for the housekeeping crew.

  3. 12:00 pm

    Damage check

The crew notes a broken lamp with a photo on the job, and the office charges it against the deposit.

  4. 2:00 pm

    Booking for next July

A returning family books the lake cabin for a week. The Rate Calendar prices the peak nights, and the holiday deposit is taken.

  5. 4:00 pm

    Arrivals

Guests check in to cabins whose cleaning jobs are closed, with the rental agreement already signed.

  6. 7:00 pm

    Review requests

Today's departing guests are asked for a review, and anyone unhappy can reach the owner first.
