Suprata for medical and lab equipment service companies

Every device on schedule, every visit on the record

Clinics and labs need to know their equipment was serviced on time and that the paperwork exists. Suprata keeps each device at its site with its serial number and history. Preventive maintenance books itself, and each visit keeps its report, photos and signature.

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from medical and lab equipment service companies all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

A lab manager asks for the last service report on one centrifuge, and I am digging through email.

Attach the report to the job and the device, so it is on the device's history when anyone asks.

One hospital has six departments and hundreds of devices, and our PM list lives in a spreadsheet.

Each department is a service location, each device an asset, and the agreement's schedule creates the PM visits.

We need the department contact to sign that the work was done before we leave.

The tech captures the signature on the screen, and the signed record stays with the job.

I need to know which techs are current on their certifications before I send them.

Suprata Training tracks each tech's certifications and what expires in the next 90 days.

A day in the life with Suprata

One ordinary day, start to finish

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.

  1. 7:30 am

    PM route

This week's preventive maintenance visits, created by each contract's schedule, are on the board by tech and site.

  2. 9:00 am

    Department visit

The tech opens the device list for a clinic's lab and works through it, filling in your checklist form on each one.

  3. 11:15 am

    Report on file

The test report for an analyzer is attached to the job and the device. The lab manager signs on the screen.

  4. 1:30 pm

    Repair call

A ticket comes in for a failed unit. The dispatcher sees its serial, last visit and parts used before sending anyone.

  5. 3:30 pm

    Contract renewals

Service contracts due in 45 days are on the Work Queue. The office calls each customer and sends the renewal to sign.

  6. 5:00 pm

    Billing

Finished visits bill on each customer's terms. Invoices sync to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
