Suprata for flooring installers

From measure to install without a single lost box of tile

Flooring is measure, quote, order and wait. Suprata books the measure visit, prices the job by the square foot from your price list, and holds the order until the deposit is paid. When the material is received, the install is ready to book.

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from flooring installers all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

The customer wants to see laminate, engineered and solid hardwood priced before they decide.

Put each material on its own option in one proposal, priced by the square foot from your price list.

I ordered special-order plank and the customer backed out.

A deposit rule for special orders means the deposit is paid at acceptance, before anything is ordered.

My install crew shows up and the material is still at the distributor.

Material is received against the purchase order and straight to the job, so you know it is in before you book the crew.

A customer calls back about a squeak a month later and we argue about what we did.

Before and after photos and the customer's sign-off stay with the job, and the callback is opened as a new job tied to it.

A day in the life with Suprata

One ordinary day, start to finish

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.

  1. 8:00 am

    Measure visit

The estimator measures three rooms and a hallway. Square feet go straight onto the estimate.

  2. 9:30 am

    Three options

Laminate, engineered and solid hardwood go to the customer as three options on one proposal.

  3. 11:00 am

    Order placed

Yesterday's customer paid the deposit. The plank goes on a purchase order to the distributor.

  4. 1:00 pm

    Material in

A tile delivery is received against its purchase order. The waiting job is ready to book.

  5. 2:00 pm

    Install booked

The office books the install crew. The customer gets a confirmation text and a reminder the day before.

  6. 4:30 pm

    Sign-off

The crew takes after photos and the customer signs. The final invoice takes off the deposit.

Can I show several flooring materials on one quote?

Yes. A proposal can hold as many options as you like. The customer accepts one and the others are withdrawn.

Can I hold an order until the deposit is paid?

Set a deposit rule on your special-order job type. Accepting creates the deposit invoice, and your team orders once it is paid.

How do I know the material is in before I book the crew?

Receive it on the purchase order straight to the job. The job shows what is still on order.

Do appointment reminders go out on their own?

Yes. Confirmations and reminders go out by text or email on the cadence you set.
