Suprata for RV parks and RV resorts

Monthly sites, metered power and the bill on the 1st, handled

An RV park mixes overnight rigs with residents who stay all winter. Suprata keeps transient and long-stay sites as separate types, matches rig length to site length, and settles each monthly site on the 1st with last month's electric reading.

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from RV parks and RV resorts all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

A 45-foot fifth-wheel got sent to a 35-foot back-in, and the bumper hung out into the road.

Record site length and rig length, and the booking flow matches them, so a rig only lands on a site it fits.

On the 1st I lose a whole day reading meters and typing electric charges into invoices.

Meter readings come in on schedule or by hand, and the settlement bills each resident's usage times your rate.

Monthly residents pay late, and I never charge the late fee because it feels awkward.

Late-fee rules apply after your grace period every time, unless you put the invoice on a dispute hold.

Our snowbirds go home for the holidays, and their site sits empty for a month.

Available While Away rents their exact site to overnight guests while they are gone, and their monthly billing keeps running.

A day in the life with Suprata

One ordinary day, start to finish

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.

  1. 7:00 am

    Overnight arrivals

Front Desk shows today's arrivals and departures, and which rigs still need a site.

  2. 9:30 am

    Meter readings

Readings from metered pedestals arrive on schedule, and the manager enters the few mechanical meters by hand.

  3. 11:00 am

    New resident paperwork

A winter resident uploads RV insurance, vehicle registration and an ID, and signs the long-stay agreement online.

  4. 1:30 pm

    Change of plan

A three-night guest decides to stay the season. Change Plan closes out the nights used and opens a pre-filled seasonal booking.

  5. 3:00 pm

    Site walk

The walk checks that hookups are secured, each site matches its reservation and long-stay documents are current.

  6. 11:00 pm

    Settlement runs

Tonight's settlement bills the monthly sites that are due: rent, metered electric, walk charges and late fees, then locks the period.

Yes. Set a package to include electric up to a threshold, and the overage is billed from the meter reading.
