    Load-out

    The dispatch board shows today's deliveries in route order, and each crew lead opens their job on a phone.

  2. 9:30 am

    Quote request

    A caller wants a tent for a backyard graduation. Staff send three options, small to large, with lighting as an add-on.

  3. 11:00 am

    Yes, with a deposit

    The customer picks the middle option online, signs and pays the deposit. The tent's calendar is now blocked for that weekend.

  4. 1:30 pm

    On-site setup

    The crew stakes the tent, notes a buried sprinkler line, adds photos and gets the customer's signature on the job.

  5. 4:00 pm

    Balance due

    Final invoices for this weekend's events go out with a pay link.

Big pieces like tents, floors and generators are booked as individual assets, so date conflicts are blocked. Chairs, tables and linens go on the quote as price list items; walk through your bulk counts with us on a demo before you rely on it.

Can I collect a deposit when they say yes?

Yes. The deposit is collected the moment the customer approves the proposal, and the balance is invoiced later.
