Suprata for sports fields, courts and complexes

Courts and fields booked by the hour, without the phone tag

Fields and courts rent by the hour, and the same teams come back every week. Suprata books each court or field as a time-slot resource, can limit booking to teams holding a field permit, and bills per hour. Complexes that run leagues add Suprata Recreation for schedules, standings and field status.

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from sports fields, courts and complexes all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

Pickleball players call all morning to ask if court 3 is open at six.

Players book open times themselves in the customer portal, and staff see every court on one day schedule.

Only teams with a field-use permit should book the turf, but anyone can call and get it.

A booking type can require an active permit, so only permitted teams can book, and the rest see what's missing.

Rain closes the fields, and I spend the afternoon calling every coach.

Close the field so bookings stop, and post a notice that every customer sees in the portal.

Building the league schedule takes a whole weekend in a spreadsheet every season.

Suprata Recreation's round-robin generator places games on real fields and courts and blocks the calendar.

A day in the life with Suprata

One ordinary day, start to finish

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.

  1. 7:00 am

    Field check

The grounds lead closes the north field after overnight rain, and bookings on it stop.

  2. 9:00 am

    Permit applications

Two club teams apply for fall field permits online with their insurance certificates, and staff approve them in the queue.

  3. 11:30 am

    Court bookings

Players book evening pickleball courts in the portal, and each booking makes its own invoice.

  4. 2:00 pm

    Tournament block

A tournament director wants all four diamonds for a weekend. Staff book the block and send the invoice.

  5. 5:00 pm

    Evening shuffle

A light is out on court 4, so staff drag the booking to court 2 and text the players.

  6. 8:30 pm

    Closing

The day's bookings and payments roll into the revenue report for the morning.

Questions we hear

Straight answers

Asked by sports fields, courts and complexes before they switch.

Can a team book the same field every week of the season?

Yes, in Suprata Recreation. Recurring bookings show every date and its conflicts before you confirm.

Can I charge extra for lights?

Yes. Add lights as a fee rule. Make it optional so players tick it, or required on an evening booking type.

Can only permitted teams book?

Yes. A booking type can require one or more active permits. Customers without them still see the calendar and what's blocking them.

Do you handle leagues?

Suprata Recreation does: team registration and fees, a round-robin schedule on real fields, score entry and live standings.
