Suprata for ports, harbors and waterfront authorities
Run the harbor office and the waterfront from one system
A harbor master rents slips and moorings, sells launch permits, bills commercial boats to tie up and keeps piers, floats and bulkheads safe. Suprata Marina runs the slips, moorings, permits and billing. Suprata Works runs the maintenance behind them.

Sound familiar?
What a normal week looks like without the right system
We hear these from ports, harbors and waterfront authorities all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.
Our mooring waitlist is a spreadsheet with ten years of names, and every spring someone accuses us of skipping them.
Suprata Marina keeps public waitlists with a ranked position for each preference, an audit trail and a status page the applicant can check.
The launch ramp sticker program means a line out the door in May and a cash box nobody can reconcile.
Passes and permits sell online or at the counter, with caps, seasons and a QR proof that staff scan at the ramp.
Commercial boats tie up at the town dock, and we bill them by length from a clipboard.
Time-slot resources charge per hour or per foot of boat length, and paid bookings create a normal invoice.
A float is cracked, a cleat is loose, and the repair request is a sticky note on my monitor.
Suprata Works turns each request into a work order tied to the pier or float, with photos, costs and history.

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.
-
6:30 am
Fuel dock opens
Fuel and store sales ring up at the point of sale and land on each boater's account statement.
-
8:00 am
Ramp permits
A seasonal launch permit is bought online overnight. The ramp attendant scans its QR code at the ramp.
-
10:00 am
Transient arrivals
Three visiting boats booked online overnight. The dock map shows their slips, and the slip-fit check kept a 48-foot boat out of a 40-foot slip.
-
12:00 pm
Commercial landing
A charter boat books a two-hour landing at the town dock, priced per foot of length, and gets an invoice.
-
2:00 pm
Float repair
A float inspection fails a cleat check. Works creates a prioritized work order for the waterfront crew.
-
4:30 pm
Mooring offer
A mooring opens up. Staff offer it to the next person on that mooring's waitlist and convert the entry to a booking.

Questions we hear
Straight answers
Asked by ports, harbors and waterfront authorities before they switch.
Can boaters book a transient slip online?
Yes. Boaters check real availability, reserve and pay from any phone or computer, and staff see each booking the moment it is made.
Can we sell launch permits and commercial vessel registrations?
Yes. Permit types include day passes, launch permits, seasonal stickers and commercial vessel registration, sold at the counter or online.
Can boaters change their own reservations online?
No. In the customer portal reservations are view-only. Changes go through harbor staff.
Does it run the container terminal?
No. Suprata fits the recreational and small commercial harbor side: slips, moorings, permits, waterfront maintenance and the harbor office.
