Suprata for workforce and training providers

Classes, courses and certificates for every learner you train

Workforce programs teach in classrooms and online, and funders want proof of every hour. Suprata Training builds courses and tests in the browser, plays the course packages you already own and issues certificates on completion. Suprata Suite sells seats in scheduled classes and bills the student, the employer or the sponsor.

Sound familiar?

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from workforce and training providers all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

Our welding cohort has 14 seats, and we take sign-ups on a paper list at the front desk.

Scheduled sessions sell named seats online with a capacity, and the instructor prints a roster.

An employer pays for half the students and a workforce grant pays for the rest, and invoices go to the wrong place.

Billing accounts send each invoice to whoever pays, while the student's record stays whole.

Students lose their completion certificates and call us for copies.

Certificates are generated on completion, and each learner can print a transcript with dates, hours and scores.

Funders want completion numbers by cohort every quarter, and I build them by hand.

Suprata Insights builds dashboards with goals, baselines and targets, and schedules reports to named recipients.

Questions we hear

Straight answers

Asked by workforce and training providers before they switch.

Can we use courses we already bought?

Yes. Suprata Training plays standard e-learning packages (SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI) and saves progress and scores.

Can an employer or sponsor pay for a student?

Yes. Set the payer up as a billing account. The invoice goes to them, and the work stays on the student's record.

Do students need an account to buy a seat?

Yes. Each seat carries a name for the roster, so buyers create an account.

Can we track certifications that expire?

Yes. Each certification type has a renewal cycle and continuing-education hours, with reminders before expiration.
