Suprata for senior services and home care

Caregiver visits, family billing and aide training in one place

Home care runs on recurring visits, aides who show up on time and families who want to know it happened. Suprata Suite schedules the visits, clocks the hours and bills whoever pays. Suprata Training keeps every aide's courses current, and Suprata Volunteer runs your friendly visitors and drivers.

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from senior services and home care all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

A woman we serve gets a visit every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and when her aide calls out I rebuild the whole week on a whiteboard.

Recurring appointments set the visit pattern once, and the dispatch board lets you drag a visit to another aide.

The daughter pays for her mom's care, but the bill keeps going to Mom.

A billing account sends the invoice to whoever pays, while every visit stays on the client's own history.

Families call the office all afternoon asking whether the aide came and what she did.

Aides write shared visit notes that text or email to the family on the spot and build a recap the family can open.

State rules say our aides need yearly training, and I find out someone is overdue during an audit.

Suprata Training assigns each job title its required courses and reminds the aide, then the supervisor, before anything lapses.

A day in the life with Suprata

One ordinary day, start to finish

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.

  1. 6:50 am

    An aide calls out

Her text lands in the shared inbox. The scheduler drags her three visits to two other aides on the dispatch board.

  2. 7:30 am

    Route the day

Route optimization orders each aide's visits to cut drive time between homes.

  3. 11:00 am

    Note to the family

After lunch prep and a walk, the aide writes a shared note and texts it to the client's daughter.

  4. 1:30 pm

    A new aide starts

Suprata Training assigns the courses for her job title. She starts the first one on her phone.

  5. 3:30 pm

    Friendly visitor shifts

The volunteer coordinator fills next week's visitor and driver shifts and sends reminders.

  6. 5:30 pm

    Hours and invoices

Completed visits add to draft invoices. Punches roll up for payroll, and autopay charges families with a card on file.

Is this a medical record?

No. Suprata handles scheduling, visit notes, billing and staff training for non-clinical care. It does not hold clinical charts or medication records.

Can a family member pay for the care?

Yes. Set the family member up as a billing account. Invoices go to them, and they can keep a card on file for autopay.

Can aides clock in from their own phones?

Yes. The time clock works on each person's phone or as a shared kiosk, and corrections leave an audit log.

Can we bill a monthly care plan instead of per visit?

Yes. A service agreement can bill up front, per visit or on its own monthly cycle while it schedules the visits.
