Suprata for courts and treatment courts
One participant record the whole treatment team can share
Treatment courts depend on a team: the judge, the coordinator, treatment, probation and peer support, each with its own records and consent rules. Suprata Court gives them one shared record that shows each person only what consent allows. Interpreter Scheduling, Captioning and Insights cover the rest of the courthouse.

Sound familiar?
What a normal week looks like without the right system
We hear these from courts and treatment courts all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.
Staffing is me printing six reports from six providers the night before and hoping they are current.
The staffing view pulls in each participant's tests, attendance, probation status and provider recommendation already.
The random testing draw has to hold up if a defense attorney asks how it was done.
The weighted daily draw locks when it runs and keeps a fingerprint proving it was not run again.
Our federal follow-up interviews keep slipping past the window and our grant numbers suffer.
Interview windows warn you before they close, and the follow-up rate is tracked against the federal 80 percent target.
We scramble every week to find a certified interpreter for Monday's docket.
Interpreter Scheduling matches credentialed interpreters by language and specialty and flags anyone already booked.

Straight answers

From the help center
How does it handle consent for substance use records?
Access is layered by role, care team and consent per organization and information type. Hidden items show whether consent or role withheld them, and every disclosure is logged.
Can participants see their own progress?
Yes. The participant phone view shows testing selection, phase progress, the next court date and goals, and only their own information.
Does it export federal outcome data?
Yes. Intake, six-month follow-up and discharge interviews export in the federal reporting layout.
Can we run adult, family and juvenile programs together?
Yes. Several programs run side by side, each with its own phase plan.
