Suprata for behavioral health and recovery programs

Report to the treatment court once, in one shared record

When your clients are in a drug, DUI or mental health court, your counselors report to the court every week. With Suprata Court, you enter an update once on the participant's shared record, and it shows up in staffing and the judge's view. Every screen follows the participant's signed consent.

What a normal week looks like without the right system

We hear these from behavioral health and recovery programs all the time. Here is what Suprata does about each one.

Every Tuesday I fax attendance and progress notes to the court coordinator, then get called during staffing because they never saw it.

Providers enter weekly attendance and monthly progress reports once, and they appear in staffing, the docket packet and the judge's view.

The court should only see what the client signed a release for, and I can't control that in an email.

Each provider sees only what consent allows, hidden items say why they are hidden, and every view goes into an audit trail.

A client on prescribed recovery medication gets flagged at court like it's a relapse.

Suprata Court shows prescribed recovery medication as prescribed, not as a violation.

Our peer recovery coaches let their certifications lapse because nobody tracks the renewal hours.

Suprata Training counts continuing-education hours toward each renewal and reminds the coach before the expiration date.

A day in the life with Suprata

One ordinary day, start to finish

Here is how the work flows when every call, job, booking and payment lives in one place.

  1. 8:00 am

    Provider alerts

Your provider view lists the court participants on your caseload and any progress reports that are overdue.

  2. 9:30 am

    Group attendance

The counselor enters this week's attendance once. The court coordinator sees it in staffing without a fax.

  3. 11:00 am

    Level-of-care assessment

The completed assessment is entered on the record, and the open assessment task clears on its own.

  4. 1:30 pm

    Interpreter for a family session

Staff request a Spanish interpreter by video for Thursday and assign one from the matched list.

  5. 3:00 pm

    Staffing

The court team reviews each participant with tests, attendance and your recommendation already pulled in.

  6. 4:45 pm

    Coach renewal hours

A peer coach logs a workshop. The hours count toward renewal on their training record.

Questions we hear

Straight answers

Asked by behavioral health and recovery programs before they switch.

Does Suprata Court replace our own clinical record?

No. It gives the court team one shared record where you post the attendance, progress reports and notes the participant's consent allows.

Who decides what the court can see?

Consent is recorded at intake for each organization and type of information. Screens follow it, and withheld items show whether consent or role withheld them.

Can participants see their own progress?

Yes. A participant phone view shows whether they are selected for testing today, their phase progress, next court date and goals, and only their own information.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. The program can export everything at any time as a ZIP of CSV and JSON files with documents and a manifest.
