Can each department see only its own work?

Yes. Every solution uses roles, and several limit staff to their own program, office or caseload.

Does exemption screening take an exemption away automatically?

No. The system flags and scores. A reviewer decides, a manager approves, and a determination letter goes out only after approval.

Can towns inside the county use the same permit system?

Yes. Planning and zoning in Suprata Permits gives each community its own portal page and permit types, and regional staff can see all of them.
